Harch Atelier is the reputation intelligence platform built for the Moroccan and African market. It combines media monitoring, multilingual sentiment analysis (French, Arabic, Darija), AI visibility tracking and real-time crisis detection. The platform serves communications, PR, risk and compliance leaders who need to anticipate narratives before they reach critical mass. Our promise: actionable insight, in French, at 7 a.m. on WhatsApp.

Our pipeline continuously collects articles from 30+ Moroccan and African sources. Every article is crawled every 60 seconds on the Corporate and Sovereign plans, every 5 minutes on the Essential plan. Once collected, the text goes through language detection (fastText), entity extraction (spaCy + a custom Moroccan library), sentiment classification (HarchIQ) and thematic clustering (BERTopic).

We cover 18+ leading Moroccan sources: national press, business press, online media and investigative outlets. The list is reviewed quarterly with our Corporate and Sovereign clients, who can request specific additions (trade media, influential blogs, identified Twitter/X accounts).

AI visibility (GenAI Lens) measures how your brand appears in generative AI engine answers — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Mistral, Grok and Google AI Overviews. When a customer or prospect asks “What is the best bank in Morocco?”, ChatGPT's answer shapes their decision. We track that answer hourly, across 20 to 50 sector prompts co-defined with you.

Harch Alpha is your conversational AI assistant, built into the console. Ask it questions in natural language — “What is the sentiment on OCP this week?”, “Compare my reputation to Attijariwafa over the last 30 days” — and it queries the HarchIQ database in real time. It generates summaries, tables, article extracts and can draft press releases. It is available 24/7 from the console and the API.

Yes. The console features a drag-and-drop dashboard editor, available to Admin and Analyst roles. You choose the widgets (reputation score, sentiment by source, top topics, alerts, AI visibility, competitive benchmark), their layout, their refresh frequency and their recipients. Templates can be saved and shared with the team. The Corporate and Sovereign plans support multi-brand, multi-country dashboards.

The platform natively supports French, Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha), English and Moroccan Darija. The HarchIQ-AR model is specifically calibrated on the Moroccan context — it recognizes proper nouns (OCP, RAM, Maroc Telecom), idiomatic expressions and the Arabic–French code-switching common in the Moroccan press. The console interface is available in French and English; Arabic is being finalized.

The HarchIQ reputation score is a composite index between 0 and 100. It combines five weighted dimensions: mention volume (20%), net sentiment (30%), source diversity (15%), share of voice vs competitors (20%) and AI visibility (15%). Each dimension is normalized by sector to enable comparison. The score is computed continuously and updated hourly on the dashboard.

The 48-hour retro-audit is a service included in every plan: we analyze the last 48 hours of mentions about your brand before your onboarding. It immediately gives you a snapshot of your current reputation, emerging topics and undetected risks. The retro-audit is delivered within 24 hours of signature and includes an 8-page PDF plus a 45-minute call with an analyst.

Export is available at three levels: CSV from any table in the console, PDF from the monthly reports, and REST API for custom integrations. All exports include the provenance trail (source, URL, collection date, SHA-256 hash). The Corporate and Sovereign plans also support webhooks to push data to your data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL).

Yes. Security is an absolute priority at Harch Atelier. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). The infrastructure is hosted in a Tier-III datacenter in Morocco (Casablanca), ISO 27001 certified. We apply the principle of least privilege, multi-factor authentication is mandatory for Admin accounts, and every action is logged in an immutable audit trail (SHA-256).

The audit trail is the immutable log of every action taken on the platform: who logged in, which query was run, which article was flagged, which alert was escalated, which report was exported. Every entry is timestamped to the millisecond and SHA-256 hashed in a chained fashion (each entry includes the hash of the previous one). This makes retroactive tampering mathematically detectable.

ZKP (Zero-Knowledge Proof) is a cryptographic method that proves you know a secret without ever revealing it. At Harch Atelier, ZKP is used for authenticating Sovereign accounts: your password or key is never transmitted to our servers. Instead, you generate a mathematical proof that you know the secret, and we verify that proof. Even if our database is compromised, your credentials remain untraceable.

Yes. WebAuthn passkeys are supported on all plans. They outperform passwords: you authenticate with your fingerprint (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello) or a hardware key (YubiKey). The secret never leaves your device, which eliminates phishing and password-theft risk. We recommend administrators enable passkeys from day one.

Session revocation lets an administrator instantly sign any user out of their account, on all their devices. It is essential when an employee leaves the company, loses their phone, or when suspicious behavior is detected. Revocation is instant (under 5 seconds), invalidates all JWT tokens and cookies, and is logged in the audit trail.

Yes. 2FA (two-factor authentication) is available on all plans and mandatory for Admin and Analyst roles on the Corporate and Sovereign plans. We support TOTP apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator), WebAuthn passkeys and backup SMS (optional, not recommended). Printable backup codes are generated at activation.

Yes. SSO (Single Sign-On) via SAML 2.0 is supported on the Corporate and Sovereign plans. We are compatible with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Okta, Google Workspace, OneLogin and any SAML 2.0-compliant IdP. SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is also supported for automatic user provisioning. This integration is configured by our team during onboarding.

Yes. Sovereign hosting in Morocco is available on all plans and enabled by default for Moroccan clients. Our servers sit in a Tier-III datacenter in Casablanca, ISO 27001 certified and compliant with Law 09-08 requirements. Your data never leaves Moroccan territory. The multi-region hosting option (Casablanca + Paris for disaster recovery) is available for Sovereign plans.

Because our pricing depends heavily on the client profile: number of brands tracked, number of sources, countries covered, number of users, service level (SLA) and annual commitments. Displaying a fixed price would be misleading. We prefer to deliver a personalized quote within 24 hours of a 20-minute conversation. You will know exactly what you pay for and why — no pricing black box.

Four plans matched to each organization's size and needs. Essential for small communications teams starting their monitoring. Pro for regional teams that need to anticipate with advanced analytics. Enterprise for leading international brands with governance and compliance. Agencies for multi-client PR firms and consultancies with white-label.

Yes. The Essential and Pro plans run on an annual commitment with monthly billing. The Enterprise and Agencies plans are contracted as 12- or 24-month framework agreements with quarterly review clauses. The annual commitment unlocks a 15% discount versus month-to-month payment, and guarantees a stable dedicated team and pricing.

Yes, by default. Sovereign hosting in Morocco is included in every plan, at no extra cost. Your data is stored and processed in a Tier-III datacenter in Casablanca, ISO 27001 certified. This option is mandatory for Moroccan public institutions, banks and strategic operators — we provide it by default for all our clients, not as a paid option. See also question 18 in the Security category.

Training is included in every plan. The Essential plan includes one 2-hour video session (one user). The Pro plan includes two 2-hour sessions (up to 5 users). The Enterprise and Agencies plans include a program of 4 sessions over 2 weeks, up to 15 users, with a dedicated senior analyst. Sessions are recorded and available in the console. Complete documentation (FR/EN) is also available.

The setup timeline depends on the plan. For the Essential plan: 48 hours after signature. For the Pro and Enterprise plans: 5 to 10 business days, including onboarding, source configuration, taxonomy calibration and team training. For multi-client Agencies plans: 2 to 3 weeks depending on the number of clients to configure. The 48-hour retro-audit is delivered on day one to give you immediate value.

We offer a 30-day pilot, billed pro rata of the chosen plan, for the Pro plan and above. The pilot includes the 48-hour retro-audit, a weekly call with a senior analyst, and full console access. If you decide not to continue, you only pay for the 30 days — no commitment. We do not offer a free trial because setup represents significant work for our team (configuration, calibration, training).

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — billing is prorated from the effective date. Downgrades are possible on the contract anniversary date, with 60 days' notice. For upgrades, we include migration and additional training at no cost. Option add-ons (extra sources, brands, users) are also possible mid-year, prorated.

The HarchIQ score is a 0–100 composite index combining five dimensions: mention volume (20%), net sentiment (30%), source diversity (15%), share of voice vs competitors (20%) and AI visibility (15%). Each dimension is normalized by sector. The score is computed continuously, updated hourly, and displayed on the dashboard with its delta vs yesterday and vs 30 days ago. Every component is visible — no black box.

The Harch 100 is the quarterly ranking of the 100 most visible brands in Morocco, computed from our HarchIQ score. It covers 8 sectors (banking, telecoms, energy, retail, FMCG, real estate, transport, public sector). The ranking is published in open access on our site, with a detailed sector analysis reserved for subscribers. It has become a reference for Moroccan communications leaders who want to benchmark against their peers.

Darija is analyzed by our HarchIQ-AR model, specifically calibrated on the Moroccan context. The model was trained on a corpus of 500,000 Moroccan articles manually annotated by native linguists. It recognizes idiomatic expressions (“mwlin”, “safi”, “wakha”), Arabic–French code-switching, and Moroccan proper nouns. Low-confidence cases (<70%) are flagged for human review.

The National Crisis Registry is a documentary database of media crises that have hit Moroccan organizations since 2015. Each crisis is documented: trigger, timeline, sources, sentiment, duration, estimated reputational impact, the organization's response, lessons learned. It is a learning tool for communications leaders who want to prepare. Access is reserved for the Pro plan and above.

You define 3 competitors (5 on Corporate, unlimited on Sovereign). We track their mentions, sentiment, share of voice and AI visibility in parallel with yours. The benchmark is displayed as a comparison table, trend charts and a positioning radar. An alert is triggered if a competitor exceeds your share of voice by +20% on a given topic.

AI visibility (GenAI Lens) measures how your brand appears in the answers of the 8 generative AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Mistral, Grok, Google AI Overviews). We query these engines hourly with 20 to 50 sector prompts co-defined with you, then we track: presence, position (1st / 2nd / not cited), sentiment, and competitors cited. It is the most strategic intelligence channel in 2025 — your customers now get informed through generative AI.

HarchIQ insights are automatic summaries generated by our AI engine from your account data. They identify emerging trends (a new, growing topic), anomalies (volume spike, sentiment drop), correlations (an external event impacting your reputation) and opportunities (a topic where you are under-represented vs competitors). Each insight is delivered with the source articles and an actionable recommendation.

Traceability is the principle that no data exists without a source. Every score, insight and alert is linked to the source article, its URL, the collection date and the SHA-256 hash of the original article. This guarantees that every claim can be verified and audited. It is essential for leadership teams who must defend their decisions before an executive committee, a board or a regulator.

Yes. Harch Atelier is declared to the CNDP (Morocco's National Commission for the Control of Personal Data) under Law 09-08. Our personal-data processing is documented in a processing register, available on request to Sovereign clients. We only process public data (press articles, public posts) and we neither buy nor sell personal data.

Law 09-08 is Morocco's personal data protection law, enacted in 2009 and supervised by the CNDP. It governs the collection, processing, retention and sharing of personal data. Any organization processing personal data in Morocco must declare to the CNDP, justify its processing, and guarantee security, confidentiality and the right to erasure. Harch Atelier is fully compliant with this law.

Yes. Sovereign hosting in Morocco is included in every plan, at no extra cost. Your data is stored and processed in a Tier-III datacenter in Casablanca, ISO 27001 certified. No replication abroad takes place by default. This option is mandatory for Moroccan public institutions, banks, strategic operators and organizations subject to Law 09-08. See also questions 18 (Security) and 22 (Pricing).

Yes. Data export is self-service from the console (CSV) or via the REST API. A full export (all articles, scores, alerts, insights, audit trail) is available on request at privacy@harchcorp.com, delivered within 72 hours in CSV + JSON format. This export includes the provenance trail (URL, date, SHA-256 hash) for every data point. It fulfills the right to portability under Law 09-08 and the GDPR.

You can request complete deletion of your data at any time, by email at privacy@harchcorp.com. Deletion takes effect within 30 days, in accordance with Law 09-08 and the GDPR. Deleted items include all your collected articles, scores, alerts, insights, configurations and the associated audit trail. A signed deletion certificate is issued to you. Anonymized aggregate data (Harch 100) may be retained for statistical purposes, with no link to your organization.

The audit trail is retained for 5 years, in line with the requirements of Law 09-08 (Moroccan CNDP) and banking standards (Basel II/III). This period covers the statutes of limitations for commercial litigation, regulatory inspections and internal audits. After 5 years, entries are automatically deleted and a destruction certificate is generated. Extended retention (up to 10 years) is available as an option for Sovereign plans.

Yes. Harch Atelier complies with the European GDPR in addition to Moroccan Law 09-08. This dual compliance is essential for our clients with EU subsidiaries or processing data of European nationals. We uphold the GDPR principles: minimization, purpose, security, right to erasure, right to portability, transparency. Our DPO (Data Protection Officer) is reachable at privacy@harchcorp.com.

Our critical subcontractors (hosting, backup, support) are in Morocco, in ISO 27001-certified datacenters. Some non-critical subcontractors (generic AI models, payment services) may be located in the EU, in strict compliance with the GDPR and with contractual safeguards (SCCs, BCRs). No personal data is transferred outside the EEA without appropriate legal safeguards. The complete list of subcontractors is available under NDA for Sovereign clients.

Inviting a new user is done from the console, “Team” tab → “Invite”. You enter the email, the role (Admin, Analyst, Reader, Agency), and optionally the client/subsidiary to assign (Agencies plans). The teammate receives an invitation email with a secure link valid for 7 days. At first sign-in, they set their password and (recommended) their 2FA. Invitations are logged in the audit trail.

Four standard roles. Admin: full access, user management, billing, security settings. Analyst: access to all data, report creation, alert configuration, without user management. Reader: view-only, CSV export, no modifications. Agency: a role specific to multi-client plans, managing one or more clients with granular permissions. Custom roles are available for Sovereign plans.

Yes. The Enterprise and Agencies plans support multi-company management (subsidiaries, brands, or clients for agencies). You can create up to 5 companies on Corporate, unlimited on Sovereign and Agencies. Each company has its own dashboard, its own taxonomy, its own alerts and its own assigned users. A user can have different roles per company (Admin on company A, Reader on company B).

The Harch Atelier partner program is open to PR agencies, communications consultancies and senior freelancers who want to offer our platform to their clients. The program includes: an Agency account with multi-client support, a partner discount (15 to 30% depending on volume), a 2-day certification training, early access to new features, and co-marketing (case studies, events). Applications are submitted via the /atelier/partners/apply form.

White-label lets partner agencies offer the Harch Atelier platform under their own brand. Your clients see your agency's logo, your colors, your domain name (atelier.youragency.com), and your notification emails. You bill your clients directly, with no mention of Harch Atelier. White-label is included in the Agencies plan and can be configured self-service from the partner console.

The Agencies plan provides a dedicated multi-client console. You create one “workspace” per client, with its white-label branding, taxonomy, sources, alerts and users. You switch from one client to another in one click from the selector at the top of the console. A pilot dashboard aggregates KPIs across all your clients (total volume, active alerts, satisfaction). The user and source quota is pooled across clients.

Yes. In the Agencies plan, every user can be assigned to one or more clients with a specific role per client. An analyst can be Admin on client A, Reader on client B, and not see client C at all. This granularity is essential to respect confidentiality between the clients of the same agency. Assignment is done from console → Team → User → Assigned clients.

Moving from Essential to Pro can be done at any time from the console (Settings → Plan → Change plan) or by email at billing@harchcorp.com. Billing is prorated from the effective date. Our product team migrates your configurations (sources, alerts, dashboard) with no data loss, and schedules a 2-hour training session to discover the Pro features (Harch Alpha, competitive benchmark, extended GenAI Lens). Migration takes 24 to 48 hours.

At the end of the 30-day pilot, you decide: sign an annual contract (Essential, Pro, Enterprise or Agencies) or stop there. If you sign, your data and configurations are preserved without interruption. If you stop, you only pay for the 30 pilot days and your data is exported (CSV + JSON) then deleted within 30 days, in accordance with Law 09-08. A deletion certificate is issued to you.

Cancellation is done by email at billing@harchcorp.com, with 30 days' notice for the Essential and Pro plans (90 days for Sovereign). You keep console access until the end of the paid period. At the end, all your data is exported (CSV + JSON) on request, then deleted within 30 days in accordance with Law 09-08. A signed deletion certificate is issued to you. No penalty, no hidden fees.
